Implementation of the TEN Performance Management Software
Creation of a compact to set out a framework to guide future relationships between the statutory sector, voluntary and community organisations.
Recruitment of a Performance Management Officer
The Bolsover Wellness scheme has seen over 600 referrals and will be extended to include other parts of the District soon.
The Bolsover Community Safety Partnership initiatives have helped reduce crime significantly; the District has seen an overall reduction in crime and is now one of the safest in the County.
Allocation of NRF to help tackle major educational issues in the family of schools that feed into Shirebrook school . Truancy is decreasing as a result.
Council led youth engagement activity has been supported through NRF resulting in several schools being involved in the Councils Roving Parliaments.
Business start ups and entrepreneurship. The Clowne Bizzfizz scheme, that offers advice and support to new or potential businesses has currently helped over 100 clients of which 22 have started new businesses, 25 jobs have been created and 14 businesses have achieved growth following the support they have received. The scheme has been so successful there is potential to roll it out to other market towns in Bolsover District.
