Following a short presentation, where residents will be able to find out what has been achieved by the partner organisations following the first round of forums, there will be an opportunity to look at some of the health initiatives introduced by local Councils and the Primary Care Trust. These will include information on Chair based exercise, stopping smoking, Waist Watchers, Walking for Health and others.
Before the meeting proper, residents will have the chance to talk one-to-one with senior officers, Elected Members and partner organisations including the Police, Derbyshire Primary Care Trust and Community & Voluntary Partners.
