To deliver the Community Strategy, Action Groups have produced themed annual Action Plans setting out the detailed objectives, actions and targets.
Each Action Group leads on the delivery of one of the themes or sub-themes of the Strategy

The Board has overall responsibility for ensuring the Strategy is delivered, and the Executive Support Group, or the ‘engine’ of the LSP, monitors progress against the priorities. The Action Groups and wider partnerships have responsibility for delivering specific areas of the strategy.
