Chief Executive’s and Partnership Team (CEPT)
The CEPT provides the co-ordination and support mechanism for the Local Strategic
Partnership and its supporting agencies.
The functions undertaken by the CEPT are as follows:
• Consult and produce a Community Strategy
• Continually review the Local Neighbourhood Renewal Strategy
• Attain Accreditation for the Local Strategic Partnership
• Implement a cohesive method of consultation
• Establish and maintain appraisal and scoring systems relevant to funding streams
• Deliver a fully integrated and co-ordinated service by supporting the meetings of the Local Strategic Partnership Board and Forum
• Provide Programme Management function for relevant funding streams awarded to the area
• Consult, produce and implement a Communications Strategy on behalf of the Local Strategic Partnership
• Provide the service of a PA to the Chief Executive Officer , Leader and Deputy Leader .
