Improving floor target performance is part of the function of Local Strategic Partnerships (LSPs). Progress towards floor targets and local targets are measured through the Performance Management Framework which areas with Neighbourhood Renewal Funds (NRF) use to assist with the implementation and evaluation of Local Neighbourhood Renewal Strategies.
The Neighbourhood Renewal Fund (NRF) has assisted growth in service provision in our most disadvantaged communities for our most vulnerable groups. In general a positive impact is being made on our PSA floor targets. The NRF has been focused on achieving additional impact within existing services or targeted towards new opportunities to address priorities.
