16 Mar 2005 - Raising attainment in local schools
Bolsover Local Strategic Partnership has funded two projects aimed at increasing the percentage of pupils gaining Level 5 or higher in English and Science in local schools in 2005.
Particular emphasis is on improving the performance of boys and girls using innovative teaching and learning styles. Through these initiatives, the groundwork is provided to improve GCSE and equivalent results in 2008.
